Well known and respected Pretoria Businessman, Mr. Rakesh Kalyan has just become the first official Franchise Holder in the newly launched Tshwane Metro League!
Mr. Kalyan is still playing his cards close to his chest, but it would seem that he is enlisting some of the finest 7's talent available.
The name of the Franchise should be unveiled within the next 14 days.....
